Building Lasting Relationships
Dan is a general dental practitioner, with a special interest in implants, veneers, crown and bridgework. He is an experienced implant dentist , placing over 150 implants per year and can take on all cases from simple to advanced same day full arch ‘teeth in a day’ cases.
After qualifying from the University of Manchester in 2008 and following his vocational training, he developed a passion for implant and complex restorative dentistry, developing his skills years in a private implant clinic doing simple implant cases and advanced restorative cases, restoring everything from single teeth to full jaws!
He returned to general dentistry in 2013 where he studied restorative dentistry gaining skills in complex crown, veneer and bridgework cases to compliment his implant work for which he has completed year courses in basic implant dentistry , advanced implant dentistry and full arch / same day teeth procedures.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family, keeping fit and watching Everton play.

Nicola Parr/Pachter
Nicola qualified from Liverpool Dental Hospital in 2005. She was given an award for the highest and most consistent results during her training. She has spent her career working in both nhs and private practices.
Nicola has a wealth of knowledge and experience in her field.
Nicola provides non-surgical periodontal therapy and maintenance. She has good experience with dental implants, and is constantly updating her knowledge. She has undertaken recent theory and practical courses on monitoring and treating dental implants.
Nicola offers airflow technology and teeth whitening.
Away from dentistry Nicola and Dan are very busy with their 4 children!
Dr Jake Walton
Jake qualified with an Honours from Liverpool University in 2020. Jake enjoys caring for patients of all ages, particularly looking after nervous patients who require some extra time and care. Jake is particularly interested in cases that involve improving smiles through minimally invasive (little to no drilling, or needles required) techniques, such as teeth straightening with Invisalign and other systems, as well as Teeth Whitening and Composite Bonding.
Jake is a big Everton fan (like Dan!) with 4 young boys, he enjoys going to the game, fishing, gold, and many other hobbies in his spare time.

Dr Ian Jones
Dr Ian Jones qualified from Liverpool University in 1995. Ian spent the next 17 years as a Royal Air Force dental officer, retiring as a Wing Commander in 2012 to go into private practice. Ian has completed two Masters Degrees, one in Restorative Dentistry and one in Healthcare. Ian has memberships with the Academy of Clinical Educators and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow. He holds fellowships with the Institute of Leadership and Management, the College of General Dentistry, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow.
Ian enjoys returning his patients to peak oral health, but has a special interest in endodontics (root canals), crowns & bridges, and periodontology (gums).
Leah Perry
Leah is our Practice Manager and has been in the Practice for the past 15 years, starting as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2010 she has demonstrated a commitment to dentistry, patient care, and operational efficiency.
Leah's extensive expertise in the dental field has allowed her to enhance the overall patient experience within the practice.
Known for her leadership and attention to detail, she continues to inspire her team and fosters a positive environment for both staff and patients alike.
In her spare time, Leah enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching her children excel in their sports, and enjoying trips away.
Sophie Drew
Sophie is the senior nurse in our practice, starting her dental journey in 2013. After she became a fully qualified dental nurse, Sophie worked within Merseyside. Sophie is passionate about dental implants and dedicates her working day to Dan placing implants to improve people's lives. Sophie has pursued her career in dental nursing by taking extra qualifications such as radiographic imaging; she is one of the few Dental Nurses that can take X-Ray images of our patients to help them on their dental journey. When not in work, Sophie dedicates her time to her family and children and enjoys reading and walking outdoors.
Ruby Challinor
Ruby Challinor is a dedicated Trainee Dental Nurse with a passion for patient care and a commitment to fostering a positive dental experience.
Currently advancing her skills in a dynamic clinical environment, she is focused on mastering the essential techniques and knowledge necessary for effective dental nursing.
Ruby's enthusiasm for the field, paired with her strong work ethic, positions her as an asset to any dental team. She is keen on developing her expertise and making a meaningful contribution to dental health and patient well-being.
When not at work Ruby enjoys socialising with friends and family, reading, and walks with her Dog, Mabel.
Jenn Astbury
Jenn is the social media manager for the practice, looking after all socials and content for Impact Dental.
